What is the eligibility criteria to join the City of Canning Business Mentoring SEED Program?
The SEED category is for new business ideas in Canning that is not yet registered or started or has been a hobby and is now considering its readiness for business.
Is there a cost to join the SEED program
Participation accepted in the SEED Program is fully funded by the City Of Canning with the outstanding Business Mentoring Program. There is no cost to you and it is also free to apply for the program.
Who is the mentor for the SEED program?
Kerry Paul started her entrepreneurial journey in her mid 20's with a successful renovation business. Coach Kerry's career has spanned Retail, Health, Finance and Construction industries across Executive and business management roles. She provides numerous training and programs in her coaching business. With a passion for business and people she is an expert in unlocking potential and accelerating results.
Can I join the SEED program if Im still refining my business idea
Absolutely the SEED program is designed to assist entrepreneurs at various stages including those who are in the process of refining their business ideas.
When will I find out if my application is successful
The application process commences once yoru application is submitted and places are filled throughout the Program Application Period. So we recommend getting in early before all the places are filled.
The process of receiving and checking the eligibility may take up to 6 weeks.
You may be contacted to verify or discuss your application. You will be notified if your application is successful or not by email and we may also call you.
How long does the mentoring program last in the SEED category
The Seed Program consists of a 1/2 day workshop. The location, date and time will confirmed by the time your application is processed.
